The Franklin Square Civilian Patrol is a 100% all volunteer organization made up of citizens of Franklin Square, Garden City South, eastern Elmont and western portion of West Hempstead to act as the “eyes and ears of the community” with the purpose to increase the security in our neighborhoods.
